The Level One Program forms the foundation for your work as a Somatic Therapist practicing Transformative Touch. All the other levels build upon the basic premise and skills taught in this course. It is much more than a “basic” course for it addresses the essence of what distinguishes our approach from others.
Our overarching goal as a L-1 practitioner is to support and guide clients into a relationship with their body where they experience it as a wise resource, ally & guide. For many this will be the first time they have much awareness of their body except for when it calls out in pain or is mal-functioning. Your job will be as a field guide into the terrain of the “soma”- the body as experienced from within.

During this second onsite we will further develop your somatic language skills . We will also focus on the skills of session development. To support your learning volunteers from the local community volunteer to be clients in a collaborative session with you and a faculty member. This provides in -the -moment support and learning. |
